Our Tadpoles centres which commenced operation in 2002 are
unique in the childcare industry as they were all designed and constructed in house with expert input from the Tadpoles management team of experienced childcare educators. This resulted in centres, which meet the demands of young minds and make it practical and easy for staff as well. It also allows us to provide additional extras as standard for all centres including air conditioning and exciting water park playgrounds.
We recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset and pride ourselves on supporting them in their learning and development. Our staff are provided with rostered days off, paid professional development and the opportunity to achieve qualifications through a traineeship or apprenticeship. We believe that the ongoing education of our staff is crucial to the education of your precious child.
Our Operations Team consists of highly qualified early educators who provide guidance and ensure high quality care is being provided across our centres.All Members of our Operations Team hold either Bachelor of Teaching Degrees or Advanced Diploma Qualifications in Early Education and combined have over 50 years experience in Early Childhood Education.
